Image output
REAL-ESTATE PHOTO TECHNICAL ENHANCEMENT ONLY. Create a clearly brighter, cleaner and more professional-looking real-estate listing photograph while preserving the scene truthfully. This is a technical photo correction task, not renovation, redesign, staging or restoration. Improve the image visibly but only through photographic adjustments: - brighten dark interiors when needed by approximately 1 to 1.5 stops; - recover local shadow detail while keeping natural depth and contrast; - neutralize yellow, green, blue or mixed artificial color casts; - make whites and neutral surfaces look natural, not overprocessed; - improve midtone contrast and micro-contrast; - reduce digital noise moderately and apply moderate realistic sharpening; - correct lens distortion, straighten the horizon and correct falling verticals only enough to make walls and openings look natural; - crop only if necessary while preserving the same room and all important details; - keep window highlights natural and avoid blown-out white windows when possible; - avoid artificial HDR, halos, over-saturation, plastic textures or CGI appearance. The result should look like the same photograph taken with better exposure, white balance, optics and careful real-estate photo editing. Apply the correction confidently: the improvement must be clearly visible in brightness, white balance, clarity and professional listing quality. STRICT TRUTHFULNESS REQUIREMENTS: preserve the exact factual condition of the property. Keep all visible room geometry, dimensions, perspective, layout, surfaces, openings, exterior view, radiators, pipes, wires, sockets, switches, utilities, fixtures, unfinished surfaces, stains, cracks, holes, dirt, construction marks, damaged materials, furniture, objects, debris, tools, watermarks, signs, labels and text. Do not add, remove, replace, hide, repair, clean, renovate, paint, furnish, stage, decorate, modernize, upscale or redesign anything. Do not conceal defects or factual imperfections. Do not change room function, layout, materials, view, openings, fixtures, utility locations or permanent characteristics. Final output: one photorealistic, truthful, technically improved real-estate photograph that remains factually identical to the source image.

IMAGE-TO-IMAGE VIRTUAL STAGING.
Use the source photograph as a strict geometry, perspective and factual-condition control image. The result must be the exact same room photographed from the exact same position, with realistic freestanding furniture added.
LOCK THE SCENE: preserve identical pixel dimensions, crop, camera position, focal length, perspective, vanishing lines, room volume, ceiling height, wall planes, floor boundaries, windows, doors, openings, radiators, pipes, wiring, sockets, switches, utilities, permanent fixtures, exterior view, daylight direction, materials, unfinished surfaces, defects, dirt, watermarks, signs and visible text.
Do not renovate, repaint, repair, clean, brighten excessively, replace materials, hide defects, remove objects, move utilities or alter architecture. Do not add walls, niches, doors, windows, built-ins, kitchen cabinetry, sanitary fixtures or structural elements.
Add only a restrained amount of practical mid-market freestanding furniture. Furniture must match the room scale and perspective, leave circulation routes and openings clear, make physical sense, cast natural contact shadows and look photographed rather than rendered. No luxury styling, showroom staging, excessive decor, people, pets, logos or text. Final output: one photorealistic virtual-staging image clearly representing a design concept, not the current condition.
SELECTED STAGING SCENARIO:
Stage the visible room as a modest contemporary living room using a correctly scaled sofa, one compact armchair only if space allows, a small coffee table, a restrained rug and at most one simple floor lamp. Keep decoration minimal.

IMAGE-TO-IMAGE RENOVATION VISUALIZATION.
Photorealistic interior renovation visualization based strictly on the source photo. Preserve the exact room geometry, camera angle, proportions, window and door openings, ceiling height, wall positions, visible radiators, sockets, switches, ventilation openings, functional utility endpoints and all structural elements. Do not change the layout, add new rooms, move utilities or invent hidden connections. Keep the result realistic for a practical mid-market apartment renovation in Kazan, Russia. Use natural proportions, realistic materials and believable lighting. No showroom staging, luxury design or excessive decoration.
Use the source image as a strict geometry and perspective control image, not as loose inspiration. The result must look like the same room after renovation, photographed from the same position.
STEP 1 — LOCK THE IMMUTABLE SCENE
Preserve the same pixel dimensions, crop, aspect ratio, camera position, focal length, perspective, field of view and vanishing lines. Preserve the same room volume, ceiling height, wall thickness and proportions. Keep the exact position, size and silhouette of every wall, floor boundary, ceiling line, corner, column, beam, niche, doorway, opening and window. Keep the same exterior view, daylight direction, radiators, risers, plumbing endpoints, electrical endpoints, sockets, switches and ventilation openings.
Every structural edge and opening must remain aligned with the source image when overlaid. Do not widen, narrow, move, reshape, remove or add any architectural element.
STEP 2 — APPLY ONLY THE SELECTED RENOVATION SCENARIO
A modest cosmetic renovation of the existing room: smooth neutral painted walls following the original wall planes, a simple clean finished ceiling, discreet baseboards, practical light-toned flooring and neat junctions between surfaces. Keep the room simple, affordable and lived-in. No decorative ceiling structures, wall panels, built-in furniture, luxury materials or layout changes.
Use restrained contemporary materials, believable textures and natural lighting. The result must not look like a luxury showroom, CGI render, magazine interior or fantasy redesign.
STEP 3 — ENGINEERING CONCEALMENT RULES
Conceal exposed heating pipes inside existing wall or floor planes where physically plausible. Conceal exposed wiring, loose cables, conduits and junctions inside existing wall or ceiling planes. No exposed pipes, cables, wiring, conduits or junctions may remain visible on finished walls, floors or ceilings. Keep radiators, plumbing endpoints, risers, sockets, switches, ventilation openings and all functional utility endpoints in their original locations.
Concealment must not create boxes, ledges, lowered ceilings, wall build-outs, decorative panels, false columns or new room geometry. If an exact route is uncertain, keep the endpoint fixed and hide only the visible route in the most physically plausible way within the existing surface plane.
STEP 4 — SURFACE QUALITY
Remove visible signs of the old unfinished condition, including dirt, stains, cracks, peeled paint, rough plaster, construction dust and damaged surface finishes. Preserve the underlying geometry and structural layout, not old cosmetic defects.
HARD NEGATIVE CONSTRAINTS
Do not add, remove or modify walls, partitions, niches, arches, columns, beams, ceiling drops, doors, openings, windows, exterior views, radiators, risers, utility boxes, ventilation points or functional endpoints. Do not add built-in furniture, kitchen islands, wardrobes, shelves, decorative structures, furniture, decor, plants, people, pets, appliances, text, logos or branding. No luxury materials, marble-heavy interiors, gold details, complex designer lighting, false ceilings, light coves or showroom staging.
Do not change the room function unless the selected scenario explicitly allows it and the required functional zone is clearly visible in the source image.
Final output: one photorealistic, restrained AI renovation concept showing how this same room could look after renovation, not its current condition.
